From January to June 2025, the installation rate of L2 and above advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in passenger new energy vehicles (NEVs) reached 82.6%, with further growth in the installation rate of intelligent driving features in the market below 160,000 yuan. With leapfrog technological advancements and the continuous decline in hardware and software costs, the adoption rate of intelligent driving assistance functions is steadily increasing. He believes that automakers cannot develop all industry-related technologies themselves, as many technologies rely on supply chain companies. If supply chain companies are pushed into a loss-making state due to extended payment terms, they will lack the funds to invest in the R&D of new products and technologies, making it difficult for the entire industry to achieve high-quality development. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that supply chain companies maintain a reasonable profit margin and have relatively stable cash flow, allowing them to allocate some funds to product R&D and iteration.

[Huada Technology: Secures Project Nominations from Domestic Automakers and NEV Battery Companies]Huada Technology (603358.SH) announced that it recently secured project nominations from domestic automakers and new energy battery companies (collectively referred to as "customers") to provide various automotive parts products. The company secured 16 project nominations from 7 domestic customers, primarily joint venture brands and domestic independent brand automakers, involving auto body parts products. The projects are expected to have a life cycle of 5-8 years, with total lifecycle sales estimated at 2.6 billion yuan. [Jiuwu Hi-Tech: Wins 81.5 Million Yuan Salt Lake Lithium Extraction Membrane Treatment System Project]Jiuwu Hi-Tech (300631.SZ) announced that the company has won the bid for the membrane treatment system procurement project of the Lop Nur Salt Lake Old Brine Lithium Extraction Comprehensive Utilization Expansion and Renovation Project of SDIC Xinjiang Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., with a winning bid amount of 81.5 million yuan, accounting for 15.28% of the company's audited operating revenue in 2024. The company has received the "Notice of Winning Bid" for the project but has not yet signed a formal contract. (Cailian Press)
